Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade and we are a small business, our return policy has less flexibility than large corporations. We thank you very much for your understanding and compliance with our policies.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn, and in sale-able condition. 

For hygiene reasons, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.  

Exchanges or returns must be postmarked to BellaFior within 7 days of your order being delivered to you with the prepaid shipping label that we will provide after approving your return or exchange.  If your return is postmarked more than 7 days past your delivery date we cannot return or exchange the product.

 

What if my exchange or return is late?

After 7 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible for return or exchange. If a package is sent back to us after this timeframe it will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

To request a return or exchange, please send the following information to Help@BellaFior.com:

– Your name

– Order confirmation number

– Phone number

– The reason for your return

– Whether any credit card used for the order is still active for the refund.

Once we have this information, we will send a shipping label.  Please note, returns can take up to two weeks due to shipping time and verification.  Please be assured your refund will be processed once verification is complete.
